- [Instructor] Open the Home dropdown menu. Choose Admin Center. Choose Performance Management. Choose Manage Route Maps. Choose View Your Route Map List. Click Add New Route Map. Click Choose from Library. Select PM Self Evaluation. Click Add to my Instance. Change the name to Self Evaluation Route Map. Click Save. Here you can change the route map settings. Scroll down. Click Employee Self Evaluation. Here you can change the step name and its description, as well as other settings. Click Manager Evaluation. Similar to the employee self evaluation, settings for manager evaluation step can also be changed here. Click Employee Signature. The signature step can also be given a different name here, if such is required. Click Manager Signature.
