I probably read the notes and saw 20 and put in 20, forgetting about the five I had already sent her. Shipping catches that mistake after they create the delivery document and the sales order is closed. If caught before the sales order's closed, you can just change the quantity of the sales order. When the sales order is closed and the delivery document is open, you can't change the quantity in the delivery document. For a backorder, that would be correct, leaving five uncommitted. But for a mistake, I have to put back the five committed tablets to inventory. Instead, you do returns to stock with returns.
