- [Instructor] While eating a slice of cheese pizza from Mr. Lombardi, the phone started going crazy. On one line is Nova screaming at OEC for selling crappy equipment, and the other is Sarah crying in the phone that the tablets don't work. After giving a conference call together, we find out the whole story. The 15 reconditioned tablets can't load the menu application. They have an OS that's too old for the current versions of the Huli pizza menu application. They're also the wrong size for the surfboard frames for tabletop use. OEC agrees to take a return on the reconditioned tablets and send out the correct ones. In SAP Business One there's three modules you'll end up using to do returns, return request, returns, and AR credit memos.
