- [Instructor] Invoices are bills and we hope they eventually get paid. Let's add payments to the system. Bring up the big order from the Huli Pizza Company. I'm going to go to my AR invoice. I'm going to hit search on top here. I'm going to go here and type C314, tab and hit return. I'll see which ones are the open invoices and I'm going to use the one down here. It was 1049 to start with and we get a invoice up. Now you'll find something interesting on the toolbar. It's right here. It's called the payment means. You'll see it's a little money bag. There's also one down here next to the total. Okay. If you click on either one of those, you get a new window and it says, how are you going to be paying this? You've got your choices. A check, bank transfer, credit card, and cash. For our purposes, I'm going to stick with check 'cause some of these other ones are a little more complicated and need set up that's…
