- [Instructor] The default language of SuccessFactors is US English. However, SAP customers can use additional languages, too. The solution provides language packs to fulfill such business needs. The translation process starts after the configuration sign off through which translation rework can be avoided in case of changes in configuration. A translation workbook is completed by customer, which is used by consultant to configure translation in the system. Translation values are first configured in the test instance to let customers verify the work before copying these to production. Language packs are enabled in provisioning and translation is implemented using the Text Replacement Tool in Admin Center. The items which are part a standard translation workbook provided by SuccessFactors include the following.
