From the course: SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management
Job requirements
- [Instructor] An other administrative task within the performance and goals management, which is often handled by an organization's HR and IT is to define job requirements. Job roles are assigned to job families, which can be functional classification or at employment levels. HR and IT are good examples of a functional classification. The job roles, such as an IT manager and an S&P consultant could belong to IT job family. Competencies are assigned to the job roles, and behaviors to competencies to describe what, in terms of performance, is required from the job holder. An employee is assessed for his or her performance on the core and job specific competencies, as well as on the goals he or she was assigned to. in the next four demos, you will learn to explore job roles and families, map competencies to jobs, add behaviors to a competency, and map behaviors to a job competency.
