- [Instructor] In this unit, you will learn what is needed to implement the performance and goals management solution. To be able to implement, support and use the performance and goals management solution, one needs to understand the roles required to manage the end-to-end process, resources able to accelerate solution deployment, tools used to implement and operate the solution. And steps of getting the solution implemented for use. There are different roles involved during and after implementation of the solution. Consultants work with an organization's IT and HR to determine the business needs and to implement and deliver the performance and goals management solutions accordingly.
