General ledger reports
- [Instructor] You may want to look at accounts and transactions a little more directly than the standard financial reports. You can use the trial balance, general ledger and the general ledger accounts reports to do this. All of them give you more selection criteria to pick the accounts you wish to report. For example, we're going to use a trial balance comparison here. And I can go ahead and click that. And I'm going to set up this new side over here for general ledger accounts. I'm for the moment going to click off BP for Business Partners and just concentrate on this. You'll see that there's a level here and you'll see this little column with an X. You can select which accounts you want to look at by just putting X's in here. If you want all of them, you just select the X on the top in the title and that will select all of them. You'll see if I go down to let's say, five, I guess you can look at accounts as well here.…
