- [Instructor] Let's take a top-down approach to looking at OEC in SAP Business One's financial modules. We'll start with the core reports in finance. Like any business, the two core reports are the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement. You can access them in either the finance module, up here, or you can go down to Reporting and I'm going to use reporting here, under Financials, and these will be under financial and there you can see there, one is a balance sheet and one's a profit and loss. I'm going to bring both of them up. And let's move this over. The criteria are very similar for both reports. You select the type of date you want. If you want an account with a zero balance, foreign names for accounts and external codes, if you need them. Both can be annual, quarterly, monthly, or whatever your posting periods are set to.
