- [Instructor] We've got assets in the system. Now it's time to apply depreciation. While you can add depreciation manually, there's an automatic method called the depreciation run. So I'm going to go open that up. First of all, I'll clear up my screen here, so let's just close all from the window menu and we can go out of here, go back up to financials, and you will find down here assets and Depreciation Run right here. So I'm going to go and click that, and you'll see the previous depreciation rates. You can actually look at them by clicking the golden arrow and you'll see the journal entries that were made for those particular runs. I can go back here. Now, I can get a preview of my current run by hitting the Preview button. And it tells me that I'm going to run one for motor vehicle asset class and I'll have all my asset class list here for my van with ordinary depreciation. And I can go ahead and hit Execute. And…
