- [Instructor] OEC has two sales opportunities available for us to explore from the Huli Pizza Company. Sales Opportunities link together activities to track the sale cycle as we go from prospect to closing the sale. Let's enter these two Opportunities. There's two methods to create an Opportunity. The first is by opening Opportunity from the menu and adding it, so I'm going to close up the activity here, and we can do it from two places. One is here in CRM. The other is in Opportunities. And there it is in Opportunity. I'm going to do it in CRM, and you'll see why in a little bit, 'cause there's lots of other things we're going to go back and forth with, particularly business partners. And that comes in handy.
