- [Instructor] From the sales and customer service perspective, the delivery document is the next stage in the order's lifecycle. This is where you get ready for shipment, and print a packing list. From an open order, like the one I have here, you use the Copy To button, and select Delivery, so let's scoot on down to the Copy To button, and click on Delivery, and we get exactly what we thought we'd have. Notice it says Delivery. It doesn't look that much different off the top, and in fact, you can scoot it down a little bit. There's the sales order, looking exactly the same. However, there's some things that are different here, and the major thing here is to add shipping information, so go to Logistics tag to start, and you'll see the Ship To and Bill To are correct, and we have the correct Shipping Type, so we're all good there, and right-click on the delivery document, and you'll see that it's got a special thing…
