CPM process overview
- [Instructor] In the basic configuration unit, you have already learned how to enable configure and validate the CPM feature. A user can record multiple activities and create updates on each activity. These can also be linked to goals. Completion of an activity creates an achievement. Activities as well as topics which are additional points of concern, can be maintained to discuss in manager's and employee's one-to-one meeting. Meetings can be captured for future references. Achievements can be created manually or automatically when an activity is completed. Achievements are sorted by time and goal. You can also use feedback feature to get or provide feedback on performance. Now you can see the demos to understand how the Continuous Performance Management solution is used on a day-to-day basis.
