- [Instructor] Open the Home dropdown menu. Choose Continuous Performance. Here, activities, achievements, and feedback are recorded. A manager can see the same for his or her team. The user has two subordinates, select the first one. The view is similar to maintain continuous performance. Select the other subordinate. A manager can see and maintain similar details for all of his team members. Choose manager again. Within the activities tab, you can create activities, topics, and also can capture meetings. Select the achievements tab. Here, you can see the achievements by time. Click the other tab, By Goal. Here, you can see the performance goals. Choose the second sub-tab, By Development Goal. Here, all of the development goals are listed. Choose the feedback tab. From here, you can request and give feedback, as well as see all of the feedback requests.
