- [Instructor] Open the Home dropdown menu. Choose Continuous Performance. The view is similar to a manager's, except that the selected user does not have a team to report to him or her. And therefore, he or she can record activities, achievements, and feedback only for him or her. Choose achievements tab. The first view you see here is of achievements by time. Click sub-tab by goal. Performance goals are displayed here. Choose the sub-tab by development goal. Here, an employee can record his or her personal development goals. Choose feedback tab. From here, an employee can request feedback, view feedback requests, and give feedback.
