- [Instructor] In the initial screen of the settlement execution, enter the company code and assets, as well as the various states, and any additional text or information as required. At the bottom of the screen are two buttons. I usually select Test Run in the detail list so that I can check the detail before completing the settlement in live mode. Then press Execute. This slide shows the initial settlement information and you can see how much is being settled in each ledger to each asset, assuming you've selected the detail list button on the previous screen. You can also click on the Line Items button to get addition information. You can simulate the posting and then take off the test run button and post. In this slide, I've run the Asset Explorer using the asset values app for all three assets so that you can see the final results.
