I hope you've enjoyed learning about asset accounting in S/4HANA and the different Fiori apps involved in created asset master data and posting the acquisition values. During the course, I gave a brief introduction to the HANA database and SAP S/4HANA and explained the difference between on-premise and the cloud versions. I showed you a little about the Fiori Launchpad and explained why it's so much easier than the traditional SAP GUI menu and transactions codes. Asset records have to be assigned to an asset class, which groups similar assets together and maps then to the correct place in the general ledger.
