- [Instructor] If this is your first time with SAP Business One, you'll find that SAP names things very differently than most accounting applications. Let's look at some of these confusing changes. SAP has several solutions, but the two that are important to this discussion is SAP Business One and SAP ERP. SAP ERP is meant for large organizations, usually 300 employees or more. It requires a large IT team to operate and maintain. SAP Business One is for small businesses for companies from one to 300 people. It's lavish for even one or two full time IT people to maintain it. Many companies have their CFO or Controller maintaining SAP Business One along with their support channel partner. This course covers only SAP Business One. ERP is a completely separate product that works nothing like SAP Business One. You may hear people talk about Business One, Biz One, or B1. All are referring to SAP Business One. Leads…
