ActionController::Renderer

ActionController::Renderer: Ruby on Rails 5 New Features
ActionController::Renderer: Ruby on Rails 5 New Features

ActionController::Renderer is a new feature in Ruby on Rails 5 which allows templates to be rendered independently of controllers. The benefit is that parts of a Rails application can render templates without having to include unnecessary controller code, such as cookies and redirects. Kevin demonstrates how to use Renderer with various options and shows how to provide instance variables to a template when there is no controller to automatically bind them.
