Convert emergency plans to interactive timelines
- [Instructor] Interactive timelines are a great way to visually display a series of chronological events, milestones, and procedures. They can include text, images, audio, and video, which makes them an ideal block type for helping learners know what to do before, during, and after an emergency. Let's take a look at how they work. So I'm here in Rise in a new lesson, and I'm working on my earthquake preparedness lesson. I want to begin by adding a timeline. So come down here to the All Blocks, and timelines are an interactive block type. Just need to scroll down a little. All right, there it is. Click it once to select it. I'm going to close out of my blocks library. Now by default, Rise includes two events for us, but we need three for before, during and after. So we'll need to add one, but first let's just modify this first event. So come up here to the upper left corner, click Edit, and you can see the two events…
