Why use Rhino?
So, why use Rhino? Great question. It's got a very deep feature set and a tremendous ease of use. Also, they've got an excellent and established track record, which means lots of users. So, with all those users, that gives you a tremendous amount of support with plugins, models, and tutorials. So, who uses Rhino? Very common in industrial design field. Also in architecture, vehicle design and in jewelry and sculpture. So who doesn't use Rhino? That would include film and tv effects as well as game design and characters. Those applications would probably be using Studio Max, Maya or Modo. Here's a few project samples that I have done. This is a concept cell phone for LG. This is a computer design. One thing to note, if you're curious about the rendering, this is using a plugin called the V-Ray, which I highly recommend. And a very cool robot named Luna.
