Understanding lines and polylines

In this video we'll review the wide variety of ways in which you can draw with 2D lines of which there are truly stunning variety. The first, it's important to note the difference between a line or line segment, and a polyline. A line is simply a separate line or segment that is not joined to another line. While a Polyline indicates two or more lines have been joined. One cool aspect of this process is that you can easily change from individual segments to a Polyline via Join command and back. 'Kay, a couple places the Lines and Polylines are available, under the Curve menu and also the Curve Drawing Tool Bar. Let's start off with a single line. Right here. So that pretty much is one and done. Pretty straight forward, let's go ahead and start drawing segments now. That's probably more common.
