Choosing a shading mode

Now let's take a look at the variety of display modes for each view port. Like most Rhino commands, you can access these in several ways, including keyboard short cuts, which if you're interested, you can explore in the help documentation. One way is under the View menu, and we view all the shade of modes here. Second way is on the each view port label. You'll see the shaded mode's right there at the top. But, we're going to investigate this Display toolbar right here. So here's some of the different modes we're going to look at. I'm going to go to perspective and maximize it so we can see the effects a little bit more clearly. The fundamental mode for a lot of 3D software is Wire Frame. So let's check that first. So this is kind of handy if you have a complicated file. And you can see through all the parts, maybe something you thought was gone or deleted is actually in there. So Wire Frame let's you see straight through. Now let's switch to one of my favorite modes, is Shaded. So…
