- [Instructor] In this video, we'll talk about adding materials to the objects in our render scene in Rhino for Mac. This is a key component of rendering process, allowing us to bring color, texture and surface properties like reflectivity into the scene, along with the lighting and geometry we've already set up. You can see here, I've already worked ahead and added some materials to my objects and done a render. Just to give us a sense of where we're headed in this video. So I'll close out of this render view. And you can see that work in the exercise file, rendering materialsfinished.3dm. Close out of this file for now. And we'll backtrack to a file with no materials. So this is the exercise file, renderingmaterials.3dm. Here, we have our lighting setup with our three point lights.
