Alignment on exterior walls

- [Narrator] Next step, we make some openings that are aligned to other building features, and then build a screen. Our first order of business however, is the new word for the day. Over in the left, you'll see this term. It's pronounced bree solay (Brise soleil), which is French for sun breaker. Now you know. Here's a few examples of horizontal screens, and on this page, we've got vertical screens, so there's a wide variety of options you can make onto your structure. In perspective view, there's a few things I want to take care of first. You can now see the two buildings in relationship to each other, but let's turn off the Zoomerang layer. Let's also move our construction plane to this little CPlane snapper. I'll do that again with our shortcut, Control + 3. If you didn't make that shortcut, you can go to the View Port, Set CPlane, Object. That will snap the CPlane straight to it.
