- [Instructor] Most Revit projects have lots of views, and typically we want each view to convey certain kinds of information. Now, one of the key tools we use to do that is Visibility/Graphic Overrides. Visibility/Graphic Overrides is a view level modification that allows us to customize the way that each and every category of element displays within a particular view. The limit of the customization will apply just to that view and just to the categories that you modify, so it can be a very powerful way for you to create custom versions of the views in your project, whether they're floor plans, elevation, 3-D views, what-have-you. So, let's look at a few examples of using Visibility/Graphics and how we might create different similar views that convey different kinds of information.
