Wall joins
- [Instructor] In this video I want to talk about wall joins. Now for the most part wall joins will take care of themselves when you connect two walls together. They'll automatically join and in most cases we're satisfied with the default joining behavior. But on occasion the wall joins will need a little bit of adjustments. So I'd like to share with you the Wall Joins tool that we can use here in this video to make such adjustments. So I'm going to use Zoom In Region, and you can click the icon here or type z+r. And I'm going to zoom in on this right hand portion of my plan here. And the first example I'd like to look at is by the entrance to the condominium unit here. I've got these masonry walls here and here, and currently the walls joining into them are taking precedence over the masonry walls. And I'd like to reverse that. I'd like the masonry walls to take precedence over the stud walls. So to do that I'm going to go to the Modify tab, and then on the geometry panel I'll click…
