Vault ceilings

- [Narrator] We're currently in the second floor ceiling plan and we want to do a different kind of ceiling here inside of this area. And in this case, it's going to be a vaulted ceiling. Now, a vaulted ceiling is a ceiling that has a slope associated with it. In order to create a vaulted ceiling, we need to go to the Architecture tab, select on Ceiling and while we could just start to automatically sketch in a ceiling, it wouldn't work nearly as well as actually physically sketching that ceiling in. So, click on the sketch ceiling button. Then pick on the rectangle tool and where I want the vault to be at is actually covering this entire area. So, I'm just going to click this intersection of lines over here and this intersection of lines over here. Something to know is that you now see these padlocks that show up. These actually showed up when we were drawing our floors in as well. What the padlocks allow us to do is if we padlock it, that means that if one of the walls should…
