Using the exercise files
- If you are a premium member of the lynda.com online training library, you have access to the Exercise Files used throughout this course. The Exercise Files are located in a folder that I've placed here on my desktop. That folder contains a sub-folder for each of the chapters within the course. You open a particular folder for the chapter, and you will find a series of Revit files within that folder. In some cases, you will also find other files that are in different format other than Revit. You'll be instructed on what to do with those files in each of the movies that use them. Furthermore, I've included this Checklist here that you can use as a resource to help you plan and build your template. The Checklist can be used just simply as a one time tool to help you build your template, or you can use it as an ongoing documentation piece to help you keep track of modifications that are made to your template in the future and use it as a tool to help you upgrade when future releases…
