- [Instructor] We left off in the previous video creating a simple circular arc, and we had parts of it constrained, but we were still relying on an automatic sketch dimension for one of the end points, and there were situations when we flexed the radius to certain values and it would cause those constraints to fail. So in this video we want to look for a more reliable and stable way to constrain this arc so that we can eliminate the necessity of that automatic sketch dimension. So let me just summarize what I have here. This is a version of the file that we looked at in the previous video. There's an arc here. The center mark is visible, and that's been aligned and locked to the two center reference planes. We also have a radius dimension right here which is placed directly on the arc and allows us to flex that radius value, and that's where we left off.
