- [Instructor] This week I wanna talk about hosting and just give you a few tips related to being able to change the host of certain elements. And I'm gonna start with the railing. Now, the most obvious place where you see a railing hosted is when there's a stair involved. So the railing will follow the slope of a stair, and the reason it does that is because the railing is actually hosted to the stair. But it turns out that stairs are not the only things that railings can be hosted to. They can actually be hosted to just about any kind of geometry. So to start off with, I'm going to take this railing right here which, if we zoom in on it, you can see is made to look like a fence. So it's got these vertical posts and these horizontal rails and then all these fence boards here. But of course when I'm zoomed in here, you can see that the posts are sticking out out of the ground and just kinda floating, and they're…
