Using Phase Filter material overrides

- [Instructor] The phase filter graphic overrides in Revit help ensure graphic consistency throughout your project while documenting phases. The phase material override is an easy way to override all the materials of Revit elements graphically without actually changing your model. In this video, we're going to learn how to set up a view filter to graphically override the materials of all the elements in our Revit model. If you have never worked with the graphic override feature of phasing, you may want to check out our course on Revit phasing and design options in the library. Open the 03-04 exercise file. In the project browser, you should be in the 3D view 03-04 phase filters. To access the phase filter graphic overrides, look on the Manage tab. On the phasing panel select Phases. We're primarily going to be working with the phase filters and the Graphics Overrides tab. By default, Revit assigned a material for each one of the phase actions that we can graphically override.
