Understanding page setups

- Revit gives us the ability to save print settings directly in our project templates. This is accomplished by saving a standard page setup. So in this movie we'll explore the process of creating and saving Standard Page Setups. So I'm in a file called Page Setup, and we can access the Page Setup command from the Application Menu. So go to the Application Menu, go down to print and slide over here to Print Setup. This will open up the Print Setup Dialogue, and you'll see that currently my printer is set to Adobe PDF Now you're likely to have a full size plotter, maybe some laser printers on your system. So just make sure that the printer choice at the top is what you expect before you go through the configuration. Each configuration is unique to each device, but in my case I'll just go with Adobe PDF. Now the paper size is the first thing I'm gonna look at.
