It is common to create topography from imported CAD files that contain contour lines placed at their respective Z heights. However, it is also possible to use CAD linework that is oriented vertically as well. You can also import CAD linework into existing toposurface elements even after they are created. To create even more robust site designs, consider including more than one toposurface. There is no rule saying that there should be only one.
