- [Instructor] A lot of folks use groups regularly in their Revit projects to manage repetitive data, but did you know that you can create schedules of those groups? So in this video I'd like to show you how you can create a model group schedule and then use it to analyze the usage of groups across your project. So to demonstrate I'm in a simple hotel layout and just to point out what's here, notice that each of the guest rooms is a model group and the furniture layouts within those guest rooms are also model groups. So I've actually got two groups per room. And what I'd like to do is create a list of all those groups and then group, sort, and analyze that list, so that I can get some insight into the room distribution across the entire hotel.
