- Goal here is to show how I can use the InSite tools, to reveal information that's not obvious to me, just looking at the model. And what I'm thinking of is say this building here at the back, the building mass, and I can say edit it. That has a complex roof, you see if I pull that corner up and I modify this location as well. So, I'm really creating a complex parabolic surface on there that's what I want to analyze. So I'll say I finish it. I know that I want to have portable tape panels surface mounted on this surface. And what I can say is, under the Analyze tab, and under Solar, I can say Custom. Remember Custom was that I could actually use the sun settings, so my sun settings are, this is Multi Day solar Study the winter months, November through January and what I'm doing, cause I'm heating the swimming pool in the winter months, and then what I'm thinking is there's also the options under here that are interactive, that I can change as I select my surface.
