- [Instructor] Well if you've used Revit for even a little while, it's happened to all of us. You're trying to do something and then some error message pops up and it's not at all clear what the error message means, and so you end up just stuck like you're trying to get, trying to move forward, trying to perform some modification, and you can't do it because you keep getting this error. So I recently was in that situation. I was trying to do something that was really simple. I just wanted to move a view port and I kept getting an error message and it was a very strange one, telling me that I was trying to copy things and I was like, I'm not trying to copy things. I'm using the move command. When it finally dawned on me what the problem was, it was one of those face palm moments where I realized, ah, you know, I should have noticed that, shame on me, and so I thought I would share that with you in this week's tip.
