Plotting and creating a PDF
- [Narrator] In this video, we're going to generate some output. So the two most common ways that you would do that, would be to print a physical set of documents on paper or to generate a PDF. So I'm going to focus mainly on generating a PDF here for our purposes, but the process would be largely similar for generating paper output. Now, the process begins with opening a view that you want to print or output. So in this case, I have a sheet open on my screen but it doesn't really matter. You can open any view that you like, a floor plan, a section and you're able to print those in much the same way. So let's go to the file menu. And the commands that we're going to be looking at are in two places. So if you want to print to your physical print device, you're going to find that under the print sub menu right here and Control + P is the keyboard shortcut for that.
