- [Narrator] So in this video, we're going to talk about one of the most common forms of output. And that is printing. Now, I'm actually going to print to a PDF. But I'm also going to talk about how you can print to a hardcopy printer as well. So we're really going to look at both because we use the same command, regardless of which one you're doing. So I've got a sheet open here, but you can actually print any view. So that's the first thing that you want to know. So it's not necessary to have sheets in order to print but sheets usually give a more professional output. You go to the File menu and highlight the print option and that will expand a sub menu. And there's a few different options over here. So print preview and Print Setup, you can actually get to both of those directly from the print window. And then of course batch print is as you can see here, it's if you want to create a large number of prints so…
