Phasing graphic overrides
- [Instructor] Phasing is an important part of any Revit model. Every item in Revit stores information for what phase it was created, and what phase it was demolished. This information can be leveraged to graphically differentiate an item, based on it's phasing information. In this video, we'll learn how the phasing graphic overrides fit within the graphic hierarchy of overrides stored by Revit. If you would like to learn more about phasing make sure to check out our series, Revit Phasing and Design Options in the library. Open the 01_04 exercise file, if you check your project browser, you should be in sheet 01_04 phases. Here we have a floor plan and a section. We're going to start by working in the floor plan. You select and activate the view, and select the last tree, in this grouping of trees. And scroll down in the properties of the tree, you'll notice that is created in the existing phase of this project. If I select the tree next to it, you'll see this was created in the new…
