Our project

- [Instructor] This is just to familiarize you with the project. We're going to use multi-family residential. There's two apartment units used through the complex list in the south building, type A and type B shown here. They are repeated. The type A kind of looks like that. Of course, we don't need this level of detail. It's just to show you what the Revit model would look like if it were fleshed out. And apartment B looks like that. Shading balconies, internal walls, dividing walls. It's located in the real world. This is in Alameda, California, City by the Bay. We can specify for it that we're using the building type Multi Family, and that's where it's going to get the standards that applies that it does with the loading of analytical spaces. They can be used as delivered by the different building types, but you can also copy them, rename them, create your own customized.
