The next thing that I'd like to do is actually check the overall head-height. Now, the reason why we check a head-height is that it is required by code that you have at least six-foot-eight for the head height from the step, up to wherever the location of the opening is located at. and an odd fraction there for the actual height. What that's telling me is that this opening is not quite large enough in order to be able to get the appropriate head-height to walk up these stairs without, if you're exceptionally tall, hitting your head here on the edge. Also, it just doesn't meet code, so it does need to get pulled back a little bit in order to meet our codes. So to accomplish that task, the next thing that I'll do is I go to the first floor-plan, come in here, take a look, select on this object here, which happens to be the shaft opening, and let me just make sure that this is the correct shaft opening.
