- [Instructor] We've now come to the end of our course and I really do hope you've enjoyed yourselves. And what's more important is I really hope you've taken some good information from this course. Learning about the CAD and BIM: Workflow for Areas in Facilities Management. Now we have used Revit primarily but obviously as you develop your Revit models you'll normally linking those to a CAD drawing initially. And then you're building your model from that CAD drawing and then you're adding areas to the model. So what we've done is we've started from an area plan such as 001 ground. We've then added the color fill legend, we've then created a schedule, based on those particular areas. And then what we've done is we've taken it into a sheet so that all of that information can be displayed in a facilities management environment. So when you're working in facilities management now you look at this particular sheet you've got your floor plan you've got your areas shown on the floor plan…
