- [Instructor] Well we've come to the end of this course now and I really do hope you've enjoyed it. The whole idea of this course is to get you into that CAD and BIM workflow. So that you can start getting the room's information out of the Revit model for your facilities management settings and duties that you need to perform. The whole idea of this CAD and BIM workflow is to allow you to perhaps take all of your information from your 2D CAD drawings and, let's say, your Excel spreadsheet all into the one Revit model. The benefit you have with Revit is you've got the floor plans, you've got all the information in the model, and you've got all that information there right in front of you. So for example, you've got your occupancy plan there, like so. You've then got your room schedule and you can add things like the floor plans and the schedule to a sheet, like so. And that sheet then allows you to communicate that information to other people within your organization on a facilities…
