- So you've configured all your views and your sheets in your template file and now you might be ready to actually create an RTE from it. So to do that is fairly simple. You go to the application menu. Go to Save As and you choose template. Browse to the location where you'd like your template to live and give it a name and this will create a file with an RTE extension and once it's done you can close the file and then share it with users. They'll be able to use the new command and browse to that file and it will create a new project based on that template.
