- [Instructor] I want to present this like a small teaser, on masses, because you may want to be able to create more complex masses than what we did in this exercise. If I go to Massing & Site. I'll say create an in-place mass. I'm going to say, call this Adjacent Building. You might be interested in more massing because you can use masses in generative design with Dynamo. I'm going to draw a shape here, so I'm going to pick a circle and just draw it on the model lines that I've already got here, and then I can say, Create. So what's happening that's different is, the closed shape, implies that you're going to do an extrusion. But in this case, the circle is, do you want a cylinder or do you want a sphere? So I'll make that a cylinder. And I can drag it up, or I can go in here and give it a value, say 40 feet. I'm still in Adjacent Building mass. And what I'm going to do is put a circle on here. So my other option option would be to say, create it, but this time give me a sphere. If I…
