In this video, Shaun Bryant shows you how to manage view positions on sheets in a Revit project.
- [Instructor] We going to look now…at managing our view positions on our Revit sheets.…Our Revit sheets are our title blocks,…our drawings that we would issue…to communicate our design intent from our Revit project.…So we've got a new Revit project for you to use.…It's RevitProject_SHEETS.rvt…You can download it from the website…and use it accordingly as your…exercise file for this particular video.…Now we're going to create a new sheet first.…So we go to the project browser.…
You'll notice we're in Floor Plans level zero right now.…Come down to Sheets here,…Sheets All, and you can see A100 Unnamed.…Double click on it, like so,…and you can see it's an Autodesk Revit default sheet…that's provided with Revit.…I'm going to right click on it now…and what I'm going to do is I'm going to rename it,…and I'm going to change the number there to H001.…It's house drawing 001,…and the name of that will be Overall Project.…
When I OK that, you'll see that updates in the tile block,…H001 Overall Project.…I'm going to zoom in on the bottom right corner now…
