Managing BIM 360 projects

- [Instructor] In this video I want to talk about managing your BIM 360 projects. Now a project is kind of like a container. You could almost think of it like a folder that contains other folders and/or files, and the project itself, this sort of container, will then be shared by multiple users. So what you want to be thinking about when you create projects in your BIM 360 Team Hub is how you want them to be accessed, which users you want to have access to this projects, and we're going to see that there's a couple different ways that you can set them up. Before we get to that, let's look at some of the basic management techniques that you can employ here, and we'll start off by looking at these two sample projects that come with your starter hub. Now everybody gets an admin project, and there's really nothing special about it. It's just called admin and you can use it or not use it. You can see that if I click on it it's empty.
