- [Instructor] Now that we have a family called Style and Rail, and a family called Style, it's time to merge the two families together. What this video will focus on is how to insert a nested family into a hosting family. Then we need to link the parameters of the Style family to the hosting parameters of the Style and Rail family. Okay, let's just jump in and do it. Under Models, I'm going to open my Style and Rail model, or we can just click Open, browse to where you're keeping your exercise files, and open your Style and Rail model. Now let's go to Open. Let's grab our Style, and click Open. Notice on the Family Editor, we can Load into Project and Close. Click Load into Project and Close. Okay, now we've got some aligning to do. So I'm just going to basically put this here somewhere. I'm going to hit escape a couple times. Now I'm going to type a + l for Align, or on the Modify panel we can click the Align button…
