- [Instructor] Okay, the purpose of this short movie is to show you the connection in-between Revit, the energy model that it creates inside Revit, and then how it gets submitted as a simulation of the building, and saved on the Insight Hub cloud-based file. So, we gave it the location, we know that it's Alameda. We're then going to create a model, but that model will be based on whatever the energy settings are. So if I look at the energy settings, you want to use conceptual massing and building elements. That is your best choice going forward. That's the one that I always use. Ground plane is where the ground is, say at level one, if it was a semi-subterranean building, maybe you'd specify a different level so that it knows that the analytical spaces and surfaces are below ground. You can have different phases for your project, we're using new construction.
